What we build
FixPoint is an AI-driven platform to report and resolve facility maintenance faults — one entry point instead of spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and scattered phone calls. Anyone can report a fault in only two ways: by voice through an AI phone assistant, or in writing through a web form that opens in the browser; the reporter needs no app and no account.
From there, AI reviews each fault and automatically sends the job to the right subcontractor by email, records whether they accepted it, and — if there's no response — escalates from SMS to an AI phone call to the contractor, and finally a notification to the manager who ordered the repair. Every fault carries a measured time-to-fix and work quality, and resolved cases feed a growing knowledge base.
Security, GDPR and reliability
We take data protection seriously. FixPoint processes personal data — such as reporter contact details, fault descriptions and contractor records — strictly in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used only to route, resolve and document maintenance faults, and access is limited to the people and contractors who need it to do the work.
